GIORNI.
Graziano Ferrari é nato a Milano l’8 giugno1958
e nella sua città natale opera nel suo studio in via Niccodemi n.7. Graziano
Ferrari sembra nutrirsi di una forza che non viene mai meno sia che dipinga sia
che scolpisca il marmo o la pietra di fiume. Sempre, dai suoi lavori, fa nascere
un ritmo, stabilendo la consacrazione di una potenza interiore.
Inequivocabilmente sincero, da ogni sua opera nasce un flusso particolare che
liberando la materia la trasforma, la fa rivivere. Ponendo l’accento sul
concetto del pensiero come attività simboleggiatrice definisce perciò
chiaramente la propria volontà di agire. Spirito inquieto, la continua ricerca
di motivi e forme nuove lo rendono controllato sempre dalla meditazione, da
cadenze rigorosamente rinnovate, da valori strutturali evidenzianti l’armonia
dell’insieme. Di queste opere agitate da un’interna passione e da una luce
che da respiro é l’artista stesso a parlarne: “Dopo vari stadi evolutivi,
ho abbandonato la ‘somiglianza’ per la ‘coerenza’. Il mio metodo prende
le mosse da presupposti non determinati, ma che si determinano nel momento in cui opero materialmente
mescolando i colori tra di loro. Una prima stesura a cui fa seguito
un’elaborazione a più fasi durante le quali il presupposto prende forma.
Indago l’imprevedibile ed inseguo ciò che di volta in volta mi si presenta
attraverso tecniche alla cui base stanno scelte arbitrarie, procedo per
scoperte. La scoperta successiva presuppone la precedente e anticipa la
seguente. Lavorando in tempi diversi, che necessariamente sono rispondenti a
gradi diversi di maturità e sensibilità, padronanza del mezzo, giungo ogni
volta ad una nuova possibilità. L’esperienza è strumento di produzione”.
Ricerche sulla estensione delle macchie o sulla dinamica dei flussi: quasi un
monologo con la sua fantasia, registri sinteticamente virulenti in cui si
situano emozioni espresse o sottintese stemperantesi in delicate trasparenze o
in colori forti in perpetuo movimento. Così, liberamente, Graziano Ferrari si
esprime per immagini che, provenendo dall’inconscio, sembrano guidare un nuovo
ordine di relazioni. Ne risultano equilibri contrappuntistici di ritmi
coloristici e di modulazioni chiaroscurali di impensata dolcezza o di forza
primordiale a dirci come l’artista milanese sia più istintivo che reale e
sappia conservare la sua identità nell’ambito di una particolare grazia e
ricerca spontanea. La resa pittorica ha cosi un non so che di attraente che non
può sfuggire all’osservatore attento, il ritmo e il tono si danno la mano
difronte ad una realtà che gli appartiene perché esprime iI suo modo di vedere
e di vivere. Non sono certo da dimenticare le sue sculture: flussi
tridimensionali dolci nella loro armonia e forti nella loro dolcezza. É un
colloquio denso di motivazioni ben distribuite e controllate che non sfuggono ad
una
sua logica condensata in ricerche ricche di umori e di essenzialità.
